For weddings located more than 70km from the Melbourne CBD, a travel fee of $150 per 100km applies. Where an overnight stay is required either before or after your wedding day, accommodation costs may be passed on, capped at $250 per night per team member. For destination weddings, we typically secure shared apartment-style accommodation for our team, generally around $350 per night for a two-bedroom apartment. This allows us to minimise the overall financial impact for our clients. All travel and accommodation arrangements are discussed transparently with you in the lead-up to your wedding and confirmed prior to booking.
